For years, that has been the core philosophy for Brampton proprietors Paula and Peter Trasias, who have provided hot, nutritious lunches to thousands of local schoolchildren.
“If you feed children good food they will have the energy to learn,” said Paula who with her husband runs P&P Catering. “They are going to study harder and be able to function better.”
P&P started catering to schools 13 years ago when the Trasias’ son, John, overheard his elementary school vice principal complaining about their vendor at the time.
The Greenbriar senior elementary school official had lamented that they needed a trustworthy caterer after their current one failed to show up at an event.
