P & P keeps abreast of new developments in disease prevention and nutrition, through consultations with professional nutritionists, published articles and talking to parents and children.
Our hot, fresh & healthy lunches are prepared each morning, with only the finest quality products in our Health Inspected, Peanut Free kitchen. We are proud to have scored perfectly in our past and present on and off site inspections.

- Confirm & affirm our commitment to our community by donating a portion of our proceeds to your school;
- Suggest menu options given the particularity of your school because like a child, each school is unique and particular;
- Collaborate with you and or your council in structuring your lunch program with dates, times and lunch choices;
- Organize and establish the administration of the pre-order and the payment structure and arrange for the pick up of the order forms and reconcile the daily totals;
- Arrange for the delivery of your hot nutritious lunches on the designated time and date either in bulk or in class bins;
- Guarantee the smooth administration of your school program and or fundraiser;
The following are only a few examples of our menu items
- Rotini pasta w/marinara sauce, marinara sauce & meatballs or butter parmesan sauce
- Grilled chicken leg, rice, steamed veggies
- Baked chicken tortilla wrap with lettuce, carrots ranch sauce or California vegetarian wrap
- Homemade meat or veggie lasagna
- Beef burger , Veggie burger or Jumbo hot dog
- Half a ham and cheese sandwich with tomato or chicken noodle soup
- Baked chicken burger with lettuce
- Chicken tenders (all white meat) with BBQ sauce on the side
- Stir fried rice with chicken or without
- White fish with rice and steamed veggies on the side
Snacks
- Organic carrots and sliced veggies
- Vanilla yogurt with fresh sliced strawberries on top
- Caesar salad or garden salad with dressing on the side
